My name is Pier-Luc and I would like to share with you my experience working for TDE. One thing I must say is that I felt very well-supported during the telecommunications training period, which would normally require prior knowledge. I must say that one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, was to join this dynamic team. Every TDE employee I met is friendly, respectful and knew how to integrate me into the team as if I had been there for years. All my colleagues are very understanding of the fact that I didn’t have the training to do my job and they helped me become properly trained. I quickly realized that being a technician at TDE has several advantages such as traveling, meeting customers directly and doing business with large organizations and services (police, ambulance, firefighters, etc.). All that to say, I believe I have found a job that I like because it feels less like work and more like fun and I intend to invest 200% of myself into it.
